Our AirBnB services include a full basic clean, with the addition of laundring the bed and bath linens. We treat your home as the comfortable, welcoming getaway that it is meant to be. Whether it is for a family vacation, a honeymoon hideaway, or a pre-wedding stay, we make sure the bathrooms sparkle, the kitchen is organized and food service clean, and the last little touches that truly make it a home away from home. We work with the client to schedule the cleaning as close to check out as possible, allowing for as many bookings as possible. We also take inventory of supplies, and inform them when things are running low for restocking. Should there be any problems or damages upon our inspection during cleaning, we alert you as soon as possible and provide photos for proof.

Our Baseball Rentals, for Cooperstown DreamsParks or Oneonta All-Star Village are similar to our AirBnB services. We understand the same-day turnovers, and schedule accordingly. We will either do the laundry on premises or set it aside in a designated area. If you have more than one rental in the same location (as in apartments or side by side houses) we are more than happy to do as many of them for you as we can in the time allowed. We know the families have had a long trip, and offer them a friendly face and a few suggestions for things to do in the area should they arrive early. We also inform you of any damages, repairs, and keep you appraised of supplies.
